Old Morifonians Rugby Club (OMRFC) was founded in the autumn of 1989 by Bart Mackinnon and Tommy Smith, both of whom are still active participants.
Our club is comprised of more than 200 active members of all ages, along with a host of retirees known as the OGs.
The OMRFC has a men’s team, a women’s team as well as U19 teams, and a strong junior section for boys and girls. We play together on and off the pitch, touring far and wide whilst maintaining a busy social calendar at home.

NO MORE CAP IN HAND
Old Morifonians RFC is looking to develop a new pitch for our mini and junior players behind the old westside pavilion as well as landscaping the car parking area adjacent. The ongoing fundraising efforts by you all to date are now making this dream a true reality. As we are only £2,000 short of our final fund-raising target we are asking for one last push to get us over the line and to do this we have teamed up with Play My Part.
OM RFC and Play My Part have, together, designed our very own OM RFC limited edition gin bottling and for every bottle you buy we will receive £10 in donations to our cause! So get cracking, buy yourself a bottle, fill that ice tray and when the sun is out make sure and enjoy an Old Morifonians G&T!
